¡Baile! Rueda de Casino (Cuban Salsa) Dance Class
“Rueda de Casino” (Rueda) is a Cuban style of Salsa that is danced in a circle of friends where a caller calls dance pattern sequenced moves that sometimes create a rotational switch of partners around the circle, fun shared team moves that can build terrific teamwork or result in hilarious mayhem. Salsa is a Latin dance associated with the music genre of the same name which originated in the 1960s in New York City. Salsa is an amalgamation of Puerto Rican, Dominican and Cuban dances that were popular in the ballrooms and nightclubs of San Juan and la Havana by the end of the 1950s (e.g. Casino near port saint lucie florida.
